Akıllı Kurs is a multi-tenant education management platform that handles the student, class, hifz and staff processes of educational institutions — primarily Qur’an courses. It was designed with a ‘Qur’an course first’ philosophy: hifz tracking is not a feature added later, but sits at the heart of the system.
In line with the Turkish hifz tradition, the memorization process is tracked through the Ham / Has / Hamas stages: the portion to be newly memorized (Ham), the consolidated and retained portion (Has), and the portion that needs review (Hamas). Institutions can adjust this terminology to their own tradition if they wish. The system also covers class management, attendance, scheduling, exams and assessment; specifically for Qur’an courses, the competition (müsabaka) process is managed separately alongside exams. The financial side integrates with Muhasip within the STK 360 ecosystem.
